Custom Orders (Blocks, Apparel, and Decor)
• All custom orders are final sale.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Custom/Standard Items
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 5 days of delivery at info@mendingthesoulrmbs.com with photos and your order number.
• We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Pre-Orders
• Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
